Flood Aid will see live music and activities descend on Boston’s Central Park this weekend to raise money for those affected by the floods.
And there’s plenty to keep people entertained, with a music-filled day on Saturday, from 10am-11pm, and a family-based day on Sunday, from 10am-4pm.
On Saturday, the acts will be 50 Sniffs, Bullet Tooth, The Alter Ego’s, Maverick Avenue, Contraband, Time for 15, Afterlife, Molly’s Chamber, Utoxator, Beachy Head Diving Club, S.I.R, Drake Hunter, Sam Sillett, Danielle Thomas, Drake Hunter, The Pin Ups, G-Man, Nathan Darwood, Not Quite Geoff.
The DJs will be led by Sleaze Sisters’ Pete Martine who is flying over from Ibiza especially for the occasion (see above right).
He will be joined by Northern Soul’s Martin Topley, DJ PD & His Pod, Grez & Brownie and from Endeavour Radio, Paul Green, Dan Allcorn, Rich Hutson and Dave Wheeler.
There will also be performances from The Biz Street Dance Crew, AJ Dance School, The Biz Theatre School and the winner of Boston’s Got Talent.
Tickets for Saturday’s event cost £5 for adults, £10 for families and £2.50 for children (10 years or under).
