Iconic kids' TV duo the Chuckle Brothers are coming to Boston's Assembly Rooms on July 23.

In a break from their recent run of TOWIE celebrity guests - the Assembly Rooms nightclub is to go all retro with children’s entertainers the Chuckle Brothers.

The iconic TV duo will be at the Boston venue on July 23 - greeting fans and performing their song ‘To Me, To You Bruv’.

Paul and Barry Chuckle were made famous in the hit BBC children’s comedy series Chucklevision - which ran for 32 years.

Assembly Rooms director Matt Clark said: “Whilst perhaps an unconventional booking, the Chuckle Brothers are a known and loved childhood memory for many of our customers, and have an exceptional reputation on the university freshers tours.”

Other upcoming events at the venue this summer include ‘Mexican Madness’ and ‘Cancun Beach Parties’.

Venue manager Gemma Bowers commented on the booking: “The Chuckle Brothers appearance is bound to be full of fun and I know several members of our team are thoroughly excited to see and meet them in person, so we expect our customer to be as jubilant.”

Limited half price tickets from £3.75 have gone on sale today Wednesday). Visit www.assembly-rooms.co.uk/chuckle.
