Gunby Hall and its gardens are have re-opened for the 2015 season following a delay due to the ground conditions in the car park.

The National Trust property, which sits between Spilsby and Skegness, have several dates set aside.

House manager Astrid Gatenby said “The garden is full of spring colour from daffodils, hellebores and primroses and are perfect for a spring day outing.”

On March 28 and 29 the gardens and house will be open for free as part of the Discover Lincolnshire Weekend and on April 5 and 6 there will be Cadbury’s Easter Egg trails throughout the gardens (normal admission charges apply and £1 per trail).

The orchard will be open throughout March and April and the gardens and tea-room are open daily from 11am-5pm.

The house is closed on Thursday and Friday but open on all other days from 11am-5pm (last admission at 4pm).

Admission is free for National Trust members, otherwise £7.50 for house and gardens; £5 for gardens only.
