Top awards for Saltfleet Manor and Lady B’s Cupcakery

The team behind the B&B at Saltfleet Manor House is delighted to receive a prestigious award for ‘best staycation’ in the Lincolnshire Life Taste of Excellence awards - despite only opening the businesses in February before having to close again in March due to the coronavirus lockdown!

The Grade II building has been modernised, and John and Jean Parr were able to really ‘wow’ their guests during the short period they were able to open earlier this year.

John and Jean said: “It seems we made quite an impression on our guests.

“We were amazed to have been nominated, and absolutely blown away when we won.”

In Mablethorpe, Lady B’s Cupcakery won the top prize in the ‘best cakes or bakes’ category, with customers praising the way in which the business has adapted during the coronavirus lockdown. Lady B’s thanked all their customers for their love and support on Facebook.
