Laptops help youngsters carry on learning
Four laptops were presented to Halton Holegate C of E Primary School by the Spilsby U3A group.
A damp playground had to serve as the special place for the presentation to headteacher Andrew Leeman for pupils to use when learning at home.

Chair of Spilsby U3a, Helen Cole, said that the machines, provided by a government grant some years ago, were languishing in a cupboard. “The committee decided they should be put to better use,” she said.
Following a professional inspection, the computers were made available for the school.
