Have a magical time with High Jinx gig


PREPARE to be fooled by an award-winning young magician, his assistant and their friends when their roadshow comes to Blackfriars Theatre.

High Jinx is a magic and illusion act started in 2004 by 20-year-old Michael Jordan and his sister Siobhan for the Magic Circle Young Magicians Club stage competition, which they won.

Since then he has built on the act, performing at the Boston Plaza Hotel, USA, Blackpool Opera House to an audience of 3,500 people and The Sage, in Gateshead.

In 2010 they appeared at Disneyland Paris and are past winners of the coveted International Brotherhood of Magicians British Ring Shield.

They have been awarded best event at Buxton Fringe Festival, in Derbyshire with their show Deliverence and nominated for best family event with their show Misdirected.

In 2011 Tamsyn joined the act.

The show promises to leave you amazed, puzzled, scared and entertained.

Michael is an accomplished magician, unicyclist, juggler, illusionist, fire eater and guitarist.

The act has appeared in TV programmes including Tricky TV series one and two, Hollyoaks, Shameless and Penn and Teller Fool Us.

The show, at Blackfriars Theatre, in Spain Lane, is on Tuesday, at 1pm.
