Monks Road Snaks Bar, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 23 Monks Road, Lincoln was handed a one-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 25.

And Links Chinese Takeaway, a takeaway at 97 Newark Road, Lincoln, Lincolnshire was given a score of three on May 25.
