The Boat House & Show Bar, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Sunnydale Holiday Park, Sea Lane, Saltfleet Louth was given the maximum score after assessment on February 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of East Lindsey's 453 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 387 (85%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
