A year ban for driver who had no insurance
A driver has been banned for one year after he was caught driving a car without an insurance policy in place.
Lee Hudson, 44, of Orchard Place, Kexby, as well as being disqualified was also fined £660, £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
He was also driving without a valid licence but was given no separate policy for this offence.
