A gardening outlet near Boston has donated more than 40 Christmas trees to the community in the run-up to its Yuletide celebrations.

Bell’s Nursery Outlet, in Benington, made the festive offerings to schools, charitable groups and even Boston’s Pilgrim Hospital.

The move came ahead of the launch of its elf workshop on Saturday, where visitors were able to decorate a bauble and make a wreath.
