Blaze at Ingoldmells pub 'under control'

Six fire crews from across the county have been in attendance at a blaze at an Ingoldmells pub today.

Firefighters were scrambled to the Cherry Tree pub, in Skegness Road, at around 10.45am this morning

Lincs Fire & Rescue reported crews from Skegness, Louth and Wainfleet attended the scene initially, with Market Rasen, Boston and Alford joining them this afternoon.

Witnesses described seeing smoke from some distance and members of the public were advised to keep away and shut their doors and windows.

However, it is believed the firefighters now have the blaze under control..
