Boston and Skegness appeared on Channel 4 news as part of a Hunter S Thompson-themed series of pieces by Michael Crick last night (Tuesday).
The piece looked at the constituency and its residents’ views, particularly opinions on immigration and UKIP’s policies, as well as the views of those seeking to be elected to represent the area in the May 2015 General Election.
Mr Crick spoke to several residents in Boston, as well as a local farmer and UKIP and Conservative election candidates Robin Hunter-Clarke and Matt Warman respectively.
It included reference to a list leaked yesterday by the Conservatives which showed Boston and Skegness as one of 102 ‘non-target’ seat.
The programme has had praise on Twitter, while others have criticised the piece as not portraying residents in the correct way.
