A SPECIAL ceremony to mark D-Day is to take place at Boston Memorial Gardens on Monday.
The ceremony will be held in memory of Dunkirk, Normandy and Korean veterans and will take place at the Memorial Gardens, in Wide Bargate, at 11am.
On the day another plaque will be put in place – making it the site’s 39th.
It will be dedicated to the Royal Observer Corps Seaborne Wing.
The Boston Veterans Memorial Plaque Committee is now looking to put in more plaques in the Memorial Gardens to reach its target of 50.
