Business is fined for failing to give information
A company has been fined after failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence to the police.
Nationwide Traffic Solutions Ltd in Station Approach, Kirton in Lindsey, was fined £660, £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
