A BOSTON businesswoman is hoping to bring a bit of café culture to the town with the launch of her outdoor extension into the refurbished Market Place.
Karolyna Rusin, of the Seventh Heaven cafe set up her outdoor seating area, which will provide more than 30 extra seats for customers, today (Thursday).
She said so far it has received a positive reception from customers and neighbouring businesses.
“Everybody is saying well done, it’s very nice,” she said.
Karolyna, originally from Poland, said she was hoping to bring the culture of the country to England.
She said: “Every market square [in Poland] has got them so I knew what I was doing, but it was just the fine details to sort out.”
Most of the furniture on the extension is from Poland with the artificial plants made in England.
She is hoping to have the outdoor area set up Monday-Saturday during the summer months with the occasional opening on Sundays when events are taking place.
Today is also the day of the borough council’s first craft market since the Market Place refurbishment took place.
