Car fire near station in Spalding
A fire crew were called to a car blaze on Station Approach in Spalding last night (Saturday).
The call came in just before 9.30pm and firefighters wearig breathing apparatus used two hose reels to put out the flames.
A witness to the fire on social media commented: “I was driving by and the inside of the car was just glowing, my partner called the fire service and within minutes it was up in flames and popping, the fire engine turned up and it was put out immediately.
“It collected quite an audience though.”
