A karate team from Coningsby gained a fistful of triophies in 1996.

Students from Goshin-Jutsu returned truimphant from the EMA British Championships having only been up and running for three months.

The team came back with three trophies, including a first place in the junior weapon category, a second in the girls (over 5ft 4in) section and a trophy from the men’s black belt (under 65kg).
