Councillors approve cabinet agendas

COUNCILLORS approved all the recommendations put to them at a meeting of the cabinet held on Wednesday.

The councillors voted in favour of raising allotment charges over five years and creating smaller plot sizes, accepting a new markets policy and using £217,000 from the New Homes Bonus over two years to support the return of empty houses into homes.

Another ‘private and confidential’ item regarding a ‘long outstanding debt’ was also discussed but members of press and public were asked to leave.
