Aaron Dax Green, 19, of C/O Taverner Road, Boston. At Queen Street, Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a lampshade and a high chair to the value unknown belonging to McDonalds intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; two charges of commissioning a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge. £120 compensation, £85 costs.
Leszek Nizio, 36, of Norfolk Place, Boston. At Station Street, Holbeach, assaulted another by beating them. £575 fine, £58 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Dmitrij Kurpatov, 29, of Red Lion Street, Boston. At Boston, jointly with another, assaulted another, thereby occassioning them actual bodily harm. £290 fine, £29 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Kastytis Matulevicius, 21, of Red Lion Street, Boston. At Boston, jointly with another, assaulted another, thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm. £290 fine, £29 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Vika Snikere, 23, of Swineshead Road, Kirton Holme. At Kirton Holme, unlawfully and maliciously inflicted grievous bodily harm upon a person. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, £200 compensation, £85 costs.
Arturas Pimcenkovas, 29, of Castle Square, Wyberton West Road, Boston. At Wyberton West Road, Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked. £215 fine, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
David Brian Brocklesby, 27, of Alexandra Road, Skegness. At Shaw Road, Boston, had possession of 10.37 grammes of amphetamine, a controlled drug of class B; commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for two offences of burglary. £25 fine, £20 victim surcharge, controlled drug of class B to be forfeited and destroyed, order to continue.
Kayleigh Jane Storr, 28, of Taverner Road, Boston. At Boston, stole three bottles of vodka to the value of £57 belonging to Co-op; at Boston, stole a quantity of clothing to a total value of £354 belonging to Marks and Spencer store. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £200 compensation.
Algimantas Rinkevicius, 46, of Pinchbeck Road, Spalding. At Swineshead, drove on the A17 without due care and attention. £450 fine, £45 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with seven points.
