Drink-driving

Adele Anderson, 44, of St Nicholas Close, Boston. At St John’s Road, Boston, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Possession

Leanne Tyrell, 34, of Wheeler Close, Boston. At Boston, had possession of 40.74g of amphetamine; at Boston had possession of M10.88g of Methylmethcathinone (known as Mephedrone). Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, amphetamine and mephedrone to be forfeited and destroyed.

Scott Michael Bray, 27, c/o Sadlers Way, Boston. At Boston, had possession of a wrap of amphetamine; at Boston, when suspected of having attempted to drive a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of urine for a laboratory test, in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so; at Tattershall Road, Boston, without reasonable excuse , was in the company of another, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order; conviction of an offence while a community order for an offence of assault by beating was in force; conviction of an offence while a community order for the offences of burglary, handling stolen goods and theft was in force. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent suspended. Committed to prison for a total of 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, amphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed, disqualified from driving for 12 months, £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs, community orders revoked.

Assault

Luke Blake, 27, Allington Garden, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating him. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victims surcharge, £85 costs.

Paul Michael Hammond, 48, of Thornimans Lane, Frampton. At Thorniman lane, Frampton, assaulted another. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Caroline Moxon, 39, of Moulton Washway, Fosdyke Bridge, Spalding. Three charges of assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. Community order made, to include rehabilitiation activity for a maximum of 25 days, three lots of £50 compensation.

Breach of order

Lee Martin Bedford, 33. of Oldfield Lane, Leverton. At Oldfield Lane, Leverton, without reasonable excuse, made repeated contact with another via text messages, telephone calls, emails and in person, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order, commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for two years imposed for an offence of harassment. Community order made, to include 24 days in a Building Better Relationships programme and rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 20 days, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, order to continue.

Matthew David Hickman, 36, of South Terrace, Boston. At Boston, without reasonable excuse did an act, namely attended Pilgrim Hospital and spoke to another and also made contact via a third party, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order; at Boston without reasonable excuse did and act, namely attended the home address of another on Elizabeth Road, Boston, on two occasions, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order; at Boston, without reasonable excuse did an act, namely attended within 100 metres of a property on Elizabeth Road in Boston, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, to include supervison for 12 months, rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 25 days; restraining order made for the purpose of protecting the vitcim, £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Motoring

Grzegorz Pawel Wojcik, 35, of Medforth Lane, Boston. At Boston, speeding on Horncastle Road. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Behaviour

Annalea Addison, 22, of Skirbeck Road, Boston. At Boston, used towards police officers threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them. £80 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £50 costs.
