Janis Sedols, 30, of Wormgate, Boston. At Argyle Street, Boston, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £230 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Firearm
Steven Michael Stone, 26, of Orchard Way, Coningsby. Between July 1, and July 20, at Coningsby, being a person who had been sentenced to imprisonment for a term of three years had possession of a firearm, namely a 4.5mm CO2 powered air pistol. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Artur Pavliukovic, 23, of Sydney Street, Boston. At Boston, without lawful authority or reaosnable excuse, had with him, in Taverner Road, an imitation firearm, namely an air gas powered handgun. Community order made, to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £85 victim surcharge, £250 costs, air gas powered handgun and associated gas cannisters and ball bearings owned by defendant to be forfeited and destroyed.
Motoring
Sergejs Akulovs, 29, of Argyle Street, Boston. At Boston, used a vehicle on Trinity Street without insurance. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Discharged conditionally for six months, £20 victim surcharge.
Drugs Production
Gordon Andrew Pinkney, 22, of Irby Street, Boston. At Irby Street, Boston, produced four plants of cannabis; at Irby Street, without lawful excuse, damaged a kettle and car to the value unknown belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; at Irby Street, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence; at Boston Police Station, assaulted a custody detention officer by beating them; at Boston Police Station, without lawful excuse, damaged a fire alarm panel to a value unknown, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; at Lister Way, Boston, stole three tubs of Haagen Das ice cream and two bottles of Rekordilig cider to the value of £11.41 belonging to Asda; at Lister Way, Boston, without lawful excuse damaged a security box of a vlue unknown belonging to Asda, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; at Boston, stole food and wipes to the value of £4.99 belonging to Boots store. Community order made, to include a maximum of 20 days rehabilitation activity, £60 victim surcharge, four plants of cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed, two lots of £50 compensation.
Assault
Luke Anthony James, 36, of Porcher Way, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another; at Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a pair of glasses to the value of £90 belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £460 fine, £100 compensation, £46 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drink-driving
Jonathan David Giglio, 32, of Barnes Road, Spalding. At Donington, drove a vehicle on Quadring Road, after cosuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); at Donington, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on Quadring Road, an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to a fence, failed to stop; at Donington, produced 10 plants of cannabis. £100 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 38 months, £50 fine, discharged conditionally for 12 months, 10 plants of cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.
Stephen Paul Dorbon, 49, of Charter Close, Boston. At Pen Street, Boston, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath equalled 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £750 fine, £75 victim surcharge, £550 costs, disqualified from driving for 42 months.

Committed to prison for 18 weeks total suspended for 12 months, to include a maximum of 20 days rehabilitation activity and 60 hours’ unpaid work, £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

At Boston, drove a vehicle on John Adams Way after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); used a motor vehicle without insurance. £250 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified fom driving for 20 months.
Blade
Ako Meilins, 26, of no fixed abode. At Church Street, Boston, had without good reason or lawful authority in a public place an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a hunting style knife with a blade length of 12cms; at Church Street, Boston, had posession of a small quantity of cannabis. Community order made, to include a maximum of 10 days rehabilitation, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, knife and drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Theft

Harrasment
Brian Paul Simpson, 56, of Medidian Road, Fishtoft. At Boston, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of another including sending numerous letters, text messages and telephone calls. Restraining order made, £140 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
