Raimondas Vaznevicius, 33, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community order by failing to attend supervision on five dates, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absences and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, new and varied requirements to include 20 days rehabiilitation activity, £75 costs.
Andris Zarins, 28, of London Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend appointments on two dates, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absences and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, suspended sentence for the offences of driving while unfit through drugs, driving while disqualified and failing to stop varied to include, 12 weeks imprisonment suspended for 12 months and rehabilitation activity for 23 days, £75 costs.

Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend appointments on three dates, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absences and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, varied to include an extra five hours’ unpaid work (45 hours total).
Drunk/disorder
Roman Humplula, 46, of Spilsby Road, Boston. At Boston, in Wormgate, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £40 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £45 costs.
Theft
Rebecca Elizabeth Bullman, 37, of Tower Road, Boston. At Boston, stole air freshners to a value unknown, belonging to B and M Home Bargains. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge.
Jason David Hardstaff, 35, of no fixed abode. At National Terrace, Boston, stole electric devices to the approximate value of £500. Discharged conditionally for 24 months, £130 compensation.

Hide AdOlegs Solomons, 36, of South End, Boston. At Boston, stole baby milk, to the value of £40, belonging to Asda Stores, on Lister Way. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Drink-driving
Neil Cheshire, 54, of Taverner Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Welland Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 63 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 17 months.
Possession
Levi Danal Emmanuel, 24, of Judge Close, Boston. At Boston, had possession of a quantity of diamorphine; commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for Criminal Damage. Community order made, to include 15 days rehabilitation activity, 40 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, quantity of diamorphine to be forfeited and destroyed.
Christian Paul Fenwick, 31, of St Botolph’s Mews, Boston. At Boston had possession of 15.44 grams of MMC, a controlled drug of class B; at Boston, had possession of 0.40 grams of crack cocaine, a controlled drug of class A. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
