Marcin Nowakowski, 36, of Sherwood Crescent, Mansfield. Stole chocolate, to the value of £14.25, belogning to Morrison’s. Community order made with 50 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150, £85 court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

Duane Polter, 20, of Wainwright Avenue, Mansfield. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement and 60 hours of unpaid work. Stole a purse containing £16 cash and bank cards, to the value of £21. Community order made with programme requirement and 60 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £180, court costs of £85 and £21 in compensation.

BREACH

Aaran Uzsoy, 21, of Williams Street, Langold. Without reasonable excuse, visited and spoke to a woman when prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. Restraining order extended. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement and 50 hours of unpaid work. Must also pay a criminal courts charge of £150, £85 court costs and a victim surcharge of £60.

Georgina Bancroft, 18, of Holmesfield Walk, Mansfield. Failed to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence. Committed to prison for 14 weeks suspended for 12 months. Curfew requirement made with electronic monitoring. Also ordered to pay court costs of £75.

Christopher Martin, 31, of Ashfield Drive, Kirkby. Failed to comply with the requirements of a curfew order. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150 and and court costs of £75.
