A man accused of causing a girl aged five to engage in a sex act with him on April 9 – and three other sex offences involving young girls – has been sent by Boston magistrates to Lincoln Crown Court.

Ashley Brown, 42, of Sandy Bank Road, New York, appeared before magistrates yesterday (Wednesday).

He entered no pleas and was bailed to a crown court hearing on Wednesday, November 18.

Brown is further accused of sexual touching of a girl aged five on April 9 and engaging in sexual activity on March 1 with a five-year-old girl present. He is further accused of causing the sexual exploitation of a teenage girl “to be involved in pornography in any part of the world” between July 2013 and August 2014.
