* Shannon Roland-Shrubb, 21, of Brothertoft Court, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. £80 fine. £100 compensation. CRIMINAL DAMAGE

* Adam Watkin, 20, of Punchbowl Lane, Boston. At Boston Pilgrim Hospital, damaged a window pane to an unknown value, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether it would be destroyed or damaged. £200 compensation. £85 costs.

COMMUNITY ORDER

* Jason Garwell, 32, of Norfolk Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order in that he failed to attend, as instructed, for planned office appointments on two dates and his current whereabouts was unknown. Order to continue, but varied. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Drug Requirement Rehabilitation. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following a period of imprisonment in that he failed to attend planned office appointments on three dates. * John Hunter, 32, of Argyle Court, Scunthorpe. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by changing residence without permission by moving from an address in Boston to one unknown. Order varied so that current supervising court is replaced with Humber Magistrates’ Court.

* Tye Holmes-Parker, 20, of Witham Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend planned office appointments on two dates. Order varied. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement Unpaid Work Requirement: 88 hours (eight hours added).

* Anatolijus Gurskas, 42, of Fenside Road, Boston. At Boston, in Sleaford Road, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 44 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath.
