Failure to comply
Jason Fisher, 42, of North Forty Foot Bank, Brothertoft. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend scheduled appointments, failing to provide an explanation to cover the absence, failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Dealt with for the original offences of possession of 0.05 grammes of diamophine in Norwich, also in Norwich used without authority a quantity of electricity of an unknown value. Two £50 fines issued.
Wendy Taylor, 47, of Langwith Drive, Holbeach. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis, in the course of an investigation into whether an offence had been committed, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £370 fine, £37 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.
Steven Spittle, 18, of Granville Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue with 10 hours’ unpaid work added for the breach (110 hours total), £75 costs.
Maris Drosprats, 32, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole food to the value of £2.59 belonging to Bargain Buys, and failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail. Detained in the courthouse, detention deemed serve by time already spent in custody, £85 costs.
Dzintars Krumins, 21, of Hardwick Estate, Kirton. At Strait Bargate, Boston, stole two Invictus aftershaves, one Million aftershave and one Diesel shower gel to the value of £227 belonging to Oldrids of Boston, also at Strait Bargate , Boston, stole one box of YSL fragrance to the value of £50 belonging to Oldrids of Boston. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £227 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Paulius Peciulis, 20, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole meat and other groceries to the value of £53.38 belonging to Tesco Stores. Detained in the courthouse, detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.
Roger Stuart Walker, 45, of Alexander Crescent, Featherstone. At Boston, with a view to obtaining for yourself a benefit, advantage or other payment, namely Jobseeker’s Allowance, made a statement or representation to the Department for Work and Pensions which was false, namely failed to declare the true extent of his capital. Community order made, to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £100 costs.
Benjamin Matthew Teague, 34, of Main Road, Leverton. At Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge.
Lea William Appleyard, 36, of Granville Street, Boston. Twice at Boston used threatening or abusive words or behaviour which was racially aggravated. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Ashley Dean Everitt, 22, of Oak Court, Wrangle. At Wrangle, without lawful excuse damaged a Vauxhall Corsa of a value known intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for six months, £75 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Michael Harlow, 58, of Clinton Park, Tattershall. At Coningsby, drove on Hunters Lane after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.
Sergejs Neverovskis, 29, of Hartley Street, Boston. At Spalding, drove a motorvehicle on Little London, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in blood equalled 187 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.
Gintaras Saulevicius, 36, of Cotton Road, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
