Paul Michael Hamer, 55, of Clarke Court, Wyberton. Speeding on the B676 at Stainby. £180 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Radoslaw Dyrka, 32, of Green Lane, Algarkirk. At Nettleham, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Lincolnshire, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Natalie Fuller, 39, of Wythes Lane, Fishtoft. At Boston, used at the Market Place, a vehicle on which not every rear position lamp was in good working order. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Andrew Phillip Gardner, 55, of Leverington, Wisbech. At Swineshead, drove on the A17 without a licence, drove without insurance. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Igors Selepjonoks, 36, of Hartley Street, Boston. At Boston, used a vehicle on Carlton Road, without insurance, drove without a licence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for six months.

Obstructed

Brendon Dean Ardron, 22, of Cranberry Lane, Friskney. In Seathorne Crescent, Skegness, wilfully obstructed a constable in the execution of his duty. £130 fine, £20 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Failure to comply

Mark Joseph Ayton, 30, of Horace Street, Boston. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence by failing to attend scheduled appointments, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Suspended sentence of 16 weeks imprisonment for 12 months amended to extend the operational period to 18 months (six months added for breach), £75 costs.

Order changed

Andrzej Paliwoda, 32, of Highgrove Crescent, Boston. Application to amend the requirements of a community order by removing unpaid work requirement on the grounds it is unworkable. Order varied to remove unpaid work, £400 fine.

Theft

Grigorijs Finogejevs, 21, of Witham Bank West, Boston. At Boston, stole four bottles of brandy to the value of £17.96 belonging to B&M Bargains, commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for the offences of theft and criminal damage. £200 fine, £8.98 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £200 fine.

Vytautas Kairys, 23, of Trinity Street, Boston. At Boston, attempted to steal 300 litres of heating oil to a value unknown. At Holbeach, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods. At Spalding, stole groceries to the value of £127.50, belonging to Aldi, at High Road, Baytree, without the consent of the owner or other lawful authority took a pedal cycle for the use of yourself or another. Committed to prison for 10 weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months, to include 80 hours’ unpaid work, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Callum Michael Baggaley, 25, of South Terrace, Boston. At Boston, without the consent of the owner or other lawful authority took a pedal cycle for the use of himself or another, commissioned a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for the offences of theft and handling stolen goods, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failed to attend scheduled appointments, failed to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. £50 fine, £20 victim surcharge, detained in the courthouse because his detention was deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody, order to continue with the suspended sentence of 14 weeks imprisonment suspended for 12 months extended to 18 months (six months added for breach).

Drink-driving

Arkadiusz Hlond, 40, of Lineside, Amber Hill. At Boston, drove on Frampton Fen Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in blood equalled 140 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit 35), drove without an MOT, drove without insurance. £585 fine, £58 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Dainis Taurins, 30, of Castle Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Queen Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 100 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Community order made to include 150 hours’ unpaid work in 12 months, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

Domatas Mintiuckis, 24, of Wainfleet Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Sinclair Close, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in urine equalled 112 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine (legal limit 107), at Boston, without lawful excuse damaged a UPVC door frame to the value of £100 intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £200 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months, £100 compensation.

Assault

Darren James Longsdale, 38, of Church Street, Wrangle. At Freiston, committed assault. At Freiston, without lawful excuse, damaged a Peugeot 307 to a value unknown, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged, at Freiston, without lawful excuse damaged a Renault 5 to a value unknown, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged, at Freiston, without lawful excuse damaged a Kawasaki motorcycle to a value unknown, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made, to include 18 days thinking skills programme and supervision for 12 months, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Luis Miguel Olivera Pereira, 37, of Red Lion Street, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £200 costs.

Notification

Mamrsuol Ibraham, 34, of Tattershall Road, Boston. At Boston, being a relevant offender within the terms of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the notification requirements of the act in that he left the country and failed to notify of a change in his address. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drunk and disorderly

Paul Borman, 45, of Kyme Road, Boston. At Boston, in Witham Place, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £50 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Possession

Andrew Thomas Lindsay, 28, of Granville Street, Boston. At Medlock Place, Boston, had possession of 0.48 grammes of Methylmethcathinone, a controlled drug of class B. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

School attendance

Tansy Epton, 40, of Glenthworth Crescent, Skegness. At Boston, being the parent of a child of compulsory school age, failed to secure regular attendance at the school which he was registered as a pupil, namely Carlton Road Academy, Boston. £35 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £50 costs.

Fraud

Philip John Wilson, 65, of Friary Court, Boston. Between October 5,2006, and December 22, 2006, dishonestly failed to notify Social Security of a change of circumstances which would affect his entitlement to benefits, namely having a lump sum payment of £37, 657.78 and £12,259.91 deposited into his Nationwide account, four other counts of making false representation relating to Social Security benefits, between June 14, 2007, and October 25, 2013, committed fraud in that he made false representation to the council intending to make a gain for himself and/or caused loss to another and/or exposed another to risk of loss for himself. Committed to prison for 24 weeks suspended for 12 months, to include supervision for 12 months, £80 victim surcharge, £950 costs.
