Alan David George Gammon, 47, Marketstead Estate, Kirton. At Surfleet, had without good reason or lawful authority, a lock knife. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, knife to be forfeited and destroyed.
Valera Voitsehovski, 19, of Joy Paine Close, Boston. At Boston, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse had in St Georges Road, a knuckle duster, two charges of commissioning a further offence during the operational period of suspended sentences for the original offences of criminal damage, trespass and theft, stole three pedal cycles, one of unknown value, others costing £150 and £50. Committed to detention in a young offenders institute for 16 weeks total.
James Sampson, 22, of Freiston Road, Heckington. At Boston, stole a bottle of lager, of a value unknown, belonging to Co-Op Wide Bargate, Boston. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £1.80 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Toni Lea Sharman, 37, of Kitwood Road, Boston. At Boston, stole clothing to the value of £120, belonging to Peacocks Stores, at Boston stole a quantity of clothes to the value unknown belonging to Peacock Store. Community order made, to include a supervision requirement for 12 months, £120 compensation.
Failure to provide
Karolis Asijevicius, 26, of Deldale Road, Wyberton. At Boston, when suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis, failed without reasonable excuse to do so, drove without insurance. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with 10 points.
Laura Barzdaite, 29, West Row, Boston. At Peterborough, committed assault by beating, without lawful excuse, destroyed a door and its handle to the value of £300 intending to destroy of damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made, to include a supervision requirement for nine months, £230 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Valdas Kantautas, 28, of West Street, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Detained in courthouse until the court rose.
George Baldwin, 18, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Lister Way, Boston, unlawfully and maliciously inflicted grievous bodily harm upon a person. Committed to detention for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, to include a supervision requirement and curfew requirement for three months, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Floyd Carlon, 19, of Cotton Road, Boston. At Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used or it was likely such violence would be provoked. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Failure to comply
Aleksejus Zagura, 19, of Union Place, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates Court by twice failing to attend unpaid work and failing to provide an acceptable explanation. Order to continue with 10 hours added for breach (110 hours total), £70 costs.
Alan Booth, 65, of Step Row, Bacup. At Shore Road, Freiston, during the daytime trespassed by entering or being upon land in pursuit of game, woodcocks, snipes or conies. £500 fine, £50 victim surcharge, £465 costs, disqualified from driving for 28 days.
Martin Thomas Bannister, 56, of Heage Road, Ripley. At Hurn Bridge Road, New York, during the daytime trespassed by entering or being upon land in search or pursuite of game, woodcocks, snipes or conies. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £232.50, dogleads to be forfeited and destroyed.
Romuald Jurevic, 37, of Allington Garden, Boston. At Wyberton, used on the A16, a vehicle on which not every rear offside brake lamp and front offside dipped beam headlamp was in good working order. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Geoffrey Edward Dunning, 69, of Church Lane, Mareham-le-Fen. Speeding on Horncastle Road, Boston. £30 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £43 costs, licence endorsed with three points.
