Motoring

Sarah Jane Holland, 56, of Laceys Lane, Leverton. Speeding on the A52 nothbound at Butterwick. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Pawel Jurek, 28, of Ronald Close, Skegness. Speeding on Eastwood Road, Boston. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Martin John Ulyatt, 48, of Fosdyke, Boston. Speeding on the B1357 at Moulton Seas End. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Stacey George Hiom, 44, of Bath Gardens, Boston. At Boston, drove on Fydell Street without insurance and without a licence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Peter Anthony Lake, 32, of Hawthorn Road, Old Leake. Speeding on the A52 nothbound at Butterwick. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Gurpreet Singh, 25, of Frimley High Street, Frimley. At Butterwick, having been required, failed to give information relating to the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Carlos Fenandes De-Sousa, 56, of Vauxhall Road, Boston. Drove on the A52 at Leverton without due care and attention. £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with five points.

Fraud

Saulius Ganis, 49, of Tower Gardens, Boston. At Boston, used a counterfit Lithuainian driving licence, which was and which he knew or believed to be false, with the intention of inducing the DVLA to accept it as genuine and by reason of so accepting it to do or not to do some act to his own or another’s prejudice. Community order made, to include 150 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, Lithuainian driving licence to be forfeited and destroyed.

Taking without consent

Aliksejus Zagura, 20, of Union Place, Boston. At A52 Leverton, without the consent of the owner, or other lawful authority, took a Ford Mondeo for the use of himself or another, also used the vehicle on the A52 without insurance or a licence. Community order made to include 150 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Drink-driving

Marcin Rybczynski, 38, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Fydell Court, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 143 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Committed to prison for four months, suspended for 12 months, to include a supervision requirement for 12 months, and 200 hours’ unpaid work, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 60 months.

Stewart Clark, 40, of Park Avenue, Sutterton. At Kirton, drove on the A16 Kirton Bypass after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 102 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Also drove without a licence or insurance. Community order made, to include participation in a Drink Impaired Drivers Programme for 14 days and supervision for 12 months, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for four years.

Robert Kluk, 38, of Lindis Road, Boston. At Sutterton, drove on One Way Street after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 94 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove while disqualified. Community order made, to include 18 months supervision and 180 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

Assault

Edgaras Veliulis, 26, of Windsor Bank, Boston. At Boston, unlawfully and maliciously inflicted grievous bodily harm upon a person. Committed to prison for six months suspended for 24 months, to include 24 months supervision and 300 hours’ unpaid work, £750 compensation, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drunk and 
disorderly

Antanas Galdikas, 37, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. At Boston, in the Market Place, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Weapon

Luke Hoogendyk, 21, of Fishmere End, Suttterton. At B1397, Sutterton, had with him in a public place an offensive weapon, namely a knuckleduster. £345 fine, £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, knuckleduster to be forfeited and destroyed.
