Drink-driving

Ilze Akmene, 36, Medlock Crescent, Spalding. At Boston, drove on the A16, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £260 fine, £26 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Dave Lennon, 70, of West End Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on West End Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Laimonas Vaisvla, 30, of Whitehouse Lane, Boston. At Boston, drove on Lindis Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 90 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Community order made to include 60 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 23 months.

Jaqueline Hardcastle, 46, of Clampgate Road, Freiston. At Boston, drove on Fishtoft Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in blood equalled 236 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit 80). £185 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 48 months.

Criminal damage

Jordan Bridger, 21, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. At Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged an Audi to the value unknown, belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; at Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drunk and

Zak Luciano Holland, 28, of Witham Town, Boston. At Boston, in Asda, on Lister Way, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £70 fine, £20 victim surcharge.

Words/Behaviour

Joe Stuart Blackwell, 21, of Elizabeth Road, Boston. At Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause him to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Assault

Edmundus Laucis, 32, of Fydell Street, Boston. Twice at Donington Road, in Bicker, committed assault by beating. Community order made, to include 24 days in a building better relationships programme and supervision requirement, a restraining order made, two £50 fine, £100 costs, £60 victim surcharge.

Jack Jason Curtis Leivers, 19, of Scrane End, Freiston. At Butlins Funcoast World, in Ingoldmells, committed assault; also at Butlins, had possesion of an amount of cocaine; committed a further offence while subject to a one year conditional discharge for offences of theft. £75 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £20 costs, £110 fine, cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed, no action taken on breach.
