Theft

Anthony Roy Hemingway, 31, of Page Close, Boston. At Queen Street, stole three ratchets to the value of £80 belonging to Halfords Stores; at Boston, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £50 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Without consent

Bruno Miguel Ferreira Rodrigues, 32, of Windsor Bank, Boston. At Boston, without the consent of the owner, or other lawful authority, took a conveyance, for the use of yourself or another, drove on London Road without a licence, drove without insurance. £335 fine, £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jamie Murray, 43, of Hazel Drive, Horncastle. At Brylaines Bus Depot, in Old Boston Road, Coningsby, without the consent of the owner or other lawful authority took a single decker bus, and after the vehicle was unlawfully taken and before it was recovered an accident ocured by which damage of less than £5,000 was caused to property other than the vehicle. £460 fine, £875 compensation, £46 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Failure to comply

Pranus Kryzevicius, 62, of Albion Terrace, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Lincoln Magistrates Court by failing to attend unpaid work, failing to provide an accepted explanation to cover the absence and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue with 10 hours’ unpaid work added for the breach (60 hours total),

Assault

Mindaugas Stasiulionis, 21, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Community order made, to include 150 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Russell James Newark, 28, Bladen Estate, Fishtoft. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for two years, £15 victim surcharge, £35 costs.

Motoring

Joe Housham, 20, of Saddlers Way, Boston. At Boston, drove on Freiston Road, whilst unfit to drive through drugs. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months, grinder and any residual cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

Ineta Popova, 27, of Gilpin Street, Peterborough. At Boston, drove on Lister Way, while using a hand-held mobile telephone. £50 fine, £20 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three points.

Nadine Hannah Buchanan, 28, of Rockings View, Blidworth. Speeding on the A17 westbound at Swineshead Bridge. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Ignas Kubelskas, 20, of Rectory Road, Boston. At Skirbeck Road, in Boston, used a motor vehicle without insurance, drove without a licence. £220 fine, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Mantas Karcauskas, 22, of Robin Hoods Walk, Boston. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Community order made to include 120 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Drink-driving

Kestutis Puleikis, 35, of Cherry Walk, Boston. At Boston, drove a motorvehicle on Sleaford Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Drove on Oxford Street, in Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove without insurance. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

Obstruction
