Failure to comply
Tomas Bairasauskas, 25, of Sleaford Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue with 10 hours’ unpaid work added for the breach (110 hours total).
Rebecca Elizabeth Bullman, 36, of Frampton Place, Boston. At Sleaford Road, Boston, stole two bottles of One Direction fragrance to the value of £39.98 belonging to Lloyds Pharmacy. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £39.98 compensation.
Failure to provide
Ludmila Kuznecova, 42, of Havelock Street, Spalding. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £195 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £100 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.
Mindaugas Zajanckavskas, 25, of Trinity Street, Boston. At Boston, had with him, without good reason or lawful authority, in James Street, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a lock knife; at Boston, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely 1,200 litres of red diesel, of a value unknown. Committed to prison for a total of 24 weeks suspended for 12 months, to include supervision for 12 months and 200 hours’ unpaid work, £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Adam Manuel James Gostelow, 35, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating; at The Wine Bar, on Bridge Street, committed assault; at The Wine Bar, on Bridge Street, without lawful excuse, damaged a window to the value of £100; failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend appointments, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absences and failing to maintain contact with offender manager - dealt with for original offences of criminal damage and harassment. Committed to prison for a total of 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, to include 12 months supervision, £80 victim surcharge, £100 compensation.
Aigars Zavadskis, 24, of Melbourne Terrace, Haven Village, Boston. At Boston, unlawfully and maliciously inflicted grievous bodily harm upon another. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months, £1,000 compensation, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
