Antonia Danielle Hickman, 21, of Caleb Hill Road, Old Leake. At Old Leake, without lawful excuse damaged a window to the value of £200; at Old Leake, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment of another by attending their address, kicking their fence and using abusive behaviour; application to amend a community order by removal of unpaid work on the ground that it is unworkable; at Skegness assaulted another; at Old Leake knowing that a mechanically propelled vehicle had been taken without consent, allowed herself to be carried in or on the said vehicle, and after the vehicle was unlawfully taken and before it was recovered damage was caused to the vehicle - additional aggravating factors being that the vehicle was driven off road into a ditch. Committed to prison for a total of 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, to include supervision for 12 months, a curfew for six weeks and 40 days of rehabilitation activity, a retraining order has also been made, £200 compensation, £80 victim surcharge, £150 costs, order to continue varied to include supervision in place of unpaid work.
Jacqueline Beeson, 49, of Mayflower Road, Boston. On April 10, 2013, at Boston, with a view to obtaining for herself a benefit, advantage or other payment, namely Job Seekers Allowance, made a statement or representation to the Department for Work and Pensions which was false, namely that she was a single person, when she was residing with her partner; between August 8, 2012, and October 11, at Boston, dishonestly failed to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to Income Support, namely that she was residing with her partner and that he was in remunerative work; between August 1, 2012, and March 31, 2013, failed to promptly notify Boston Borough Council of a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to Council Tax Benefit, namely that she was residing with her partner and that he was in remunerative work; between April 1, 2013, and March 6, 2014, failed to promptly notify Boston Borough Council of a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to Council Tax Benefit, namely that she was residing with her partner and that he was in remunerative work. Discharged conditionally for three years, £150 victim surcharge, £260 costs.
Patrick Shane Adams, 46, of Church Road, Boston. Drove on Highgate, Leverton, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 42 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 12 months.
Asta Gao, 44, of Horace Street, Boston. At Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. £180 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £620 costs.
Tracey Knight, 38, of Skirbeck Road, Boston. Twice at Boston committed assault by beating. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for two years, restraining order made, £300 compensation, £80 victim surcharge, £620 costs.
Nicholas Simpson, 47, of Shaw Road, Boston. Between Boston and Skegness, travelled on a railway without having previously paid a fare of £7.20 and with intent to avoid payment thereof. £400 fine ,£7.20 compensation, £40 victim surcharge.
Daniel Martin Clark, 24, of Medlock Close, Boston. At Boston, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of another and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of them in that he sent abusive messages by electronic means; at Boston had possession of a small amount of cannabis; at Boston commissioned a further offence while subject to a 24 month conditional discharge; at Boston committed assault by beating; failed to comply with a community order. Committed to prison for three months suspended for two years, to include 25 days rehabilitation, restraining order made, £100 compensation, £80 victim surcharge, £170 costs, cannabis forfeited and destroyed, no action taken on breach, community order to include five days compliance activity.
Vaidas Baltrusaitis, 20, of Sunnycroft Road, Southall. At Kirton, used a vehicle on the A16 without insurance, drove without a licence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, license endorsed with eight points.
