Artur Semakov, 29, of Spain Lane, Boston. At Boston, drove on Norfolk Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 61 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Lukasz Zajac, 28, of High Street, Boston. At West Street, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him. £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Intent to supply

Jonathon Richard Harwood, 51, of Ashburn Grove, Kingston upon Hull. At Boston, jointly with another, had possession of 100 grams of cannabis with intent to supply it to an unknown male. Committed to prison for six months suspended for 12 months, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

Theft

Jamie McIntyre, 34, of West Street, Boston. At Boston, stole a bottle of Frosty Jack Fruit (limited edition), to the value of £2.25, belonging to B&M Bargains. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge.

Daniel Andrew Hough, 22, of Alexandra Road, Skegness. At Boston, stole a pedal cycle to the value of £500 belonging to another. Committed to prison for four weeks forthwith concurrent to an existing sentence, £80 victim surcharge, £180 criminal courts charge

Drunk/disorder

Jimi George Poole, 19, of Cotton Road, Boston. At Boston, in the Market Place, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £15 criminal court charge.

Assault

Valerijs Ceks, 36, of Liquorpond Street, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating her. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Alistair Roger W. Clark, 38, of Mareham On The Hill. At Burton House Inn, Boston, assaulted two people by beating them; at Wainfleet Road, Boston, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 18 months to include alcohol treatment for six months and rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 40 days, two sets of £100 compensation, £150 criminal courts charge.

Lynne Bennett, 60, of Fotherly Road, Rickmansworth. At Boston, assaulted another. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £250 costs.

Criminal damage

David Thomas Rodrigues, 41, of Standish Grove, Boston. At Standish Grove, Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a blue Mercedes C220 to the value of £2,126.34 belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for two years, £500 compensation.

Failure to comply

Mindaugas Siaudvtvytis, 30, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Grimsby Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend appointments on three dates, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence within seven days and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, Suspended sentence for the offences of excess alcohol, no insurance, no licence and assaulting a PC varied, no committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 12 months, three month curfew added for the breach unpaid work requirement removed.

Motoring

Joshua Venables, 22, of Spilsby Road, Boston. Speeding on Willoughby Road, Boston. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £620 costs, licence endorsed with six points.
