Sebastian Jagielo, 30, Pen Street, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating. Community order made, to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.
Joshua Lewis, 20, of Antons Gowt, Boston. At Assembly Rooms, in Boston, had possession of a small quantity of cocaine. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed.
Jordan Anthony Ronald Trainer, 22, of South End, Boston. At Boston, without lawful excise damaged a Ford Mondeo to the value of £300 belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £110 fine, £350 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.
Andris Zarins, 28, of London Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on John Adams Way, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 82 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); drove without a licence; drove without insurance. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 24 months.
Drunk and disorder
Johnathan Burton, 34, of Dennis Estate, Kirton. At Boston, in the Market Place, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour; commission of a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge, no action taken on breach.
Tomas Borisevskij, 32, of Norfolk Street, Boston. At Boston, recorded another person doing a private act with the intention that he would, for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, look at an image of that other person doing the act, knowing that the other person did not consent to his recording the act with that intention. Community order made, to include participation in community sex offender groupwork for 40 days and rehabilitation activity for 40 days, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, notified of requirement to register with the police for five years from August 12, 2015.
Byron Anthony Howson, 23, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole meat to the value £28.20 belonging to Co-op Store; at QD stores, in Boston, stole a Mini Blaster Tempo Speaker and bottle of Tobasco sauce, at Boston, assaulted another and the offence was racially aggravated. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, £28.20 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.
