Vidmantas Virsilas, 26, of Hide Close, Boston. At Boston, drove on Oxford Street after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); at Boston, used a motor vehicle on Oxford Street, without insurance. £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Remigijus Zibas, 38, of Orchard Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Witham Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); drove on Witham Street without insurance; drove on Witham Street without a licence. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge; disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Assault

Marek Zasadowski, 58, of The Laurels, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating him. £300 fine, £100 compensation, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Christopher Kenneth Hall, 31, of Medlock Place, Boston. At Boston, assauled another. Community order made, to include rehabilitation activity for 20 days, 60 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Micha Sullivan,19, of Six Hills Lane, Old Dalby. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include a four month curfew, restraining order made, £225 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Artur Stachurski, 38, of Robin Hood Walk, Boston. Twice at Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made to include rehabilitation for a maximum of 20 days, restraining order made, £150 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Motoring

Janis Zilpauss, 42, of Stafford Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Witham Place, without a licence; at Boston drove on Witham Place, without insurance. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, licence endorsed with six points.

James Stephen Berrill, 30, of Landseer Avenue, Chapel St Leonards. At Stickney, drove on the A16 while disqualified from driving; at Stickney, drove without insurance. Community order made to include 60 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Criminal damage

Damian James Baker, 30, of Park Lane, Spalding. At Donington, without lawful excuse damaged an iPhone 5 to the value of £100 belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; at Donington, without lawful excuse, damaged a cordless BT phone and door to the value of £80 belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; at Donington, resisted a constable in the execution of his duty. Community order made, to include rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 25 days, £50 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £150 criminal 
courts charge.

Failed to comply

Nathan John Wilson, 36, of Broadfield Lane, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend supervision on two dates and failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence. Order to continue, to include a new requirement to present himself at probation for five days and a new compliance activity - supervision, programme and unpaid work requirements to continue as was.

Ionel Busuioc, 34, of Fydell Street, Boston. At A52 Haltoft End, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £180 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

David Salani Daniel, 27, of Nigel Fisher Way, Chesington. At Skegness, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath, failed without reasonable excuse to do so; at Stickford, drove on the A16 without a licence; at Stickford, drove on the A16 without insurance; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for nine months, imposed for an offence of possessing cocaine. £180 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 18 months.
