Here’s our latest register of cases heard at Boston and Skegness Magistrates’ Court.
Juozas Karolis Paulaskas, 25, of Green View, Kirton. At Boston, used a motorvehicle, on Carlton Road, without insurance; drove without a licence; commission of a further offence while subject to a six month conditional discharge for an offence of criminal damage. £180 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £80 fine, £310 costs, licence endorsed with six points, no action taken on breach and order to continue.
Michael James Shailes, 25, of Lincoln Lane, Holbeach. At Boston, used a motorvehicle on the A17, at Swineshead, without insurance. Discharged absolutely.
Natalia Ivanova, 45, of Tawney Street, Boston. At Boston, stole a cosmetic tester to the value of £26.50, belonging to Scent; twice at Boston, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Community order made, to include 80 hours’ unpaid work, £26.50 compensation, £300 costs.
Rebecca Elizabeth Bullman, 37, of Tower Road, Boston. At Boston, stole Jimmy Choo Fragrance to the value of £84, belonging to Oldrids. Committed to prison for six months suspended for 12 months, £84 compensation.
Cara Leanne Watson, 24, of Nelson Way, Boston. At Boston, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby. £105 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Arkadiusz Blaszczuk, 30, of Station Road, Spalding. At Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a wing mirror on a motorveicle belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £50 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £600 costs.
Justin Peter Gunson, 43, of Hessle Gardens, Boston. At Boston, drove a motorvehicle on Swineshead Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £350 fine, £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.
Maris Kalinuks, 29, of Trinity Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Lister Way, after consuming so much alchol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 17 months.
Marc Mossy, 55, of Penny Gardens, Kirton. At Boston, without authority, had possession of two cans of pepper spray. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, pepper spray to be forfeited and destroyed.
