Alex David Andrews Woffinden, 19, of Old Roman Bank, Skegness. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged absolutely.

Theft

Dean David Platten, 35, of no fixed abode. At Lincoln, having entered as a trespasser a building, namely Chattertons Butchers and Bakers, stole therein two pies, two milkshakes and cash to the value of £20.85; at Boston, stole a charity tin to the value unknown belonging to McDonalds. Committed to prison for an overall length of 26 weeks, £300 compensation.

Gints Gedvards, 41, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole groceries to the value of £16.44, belonging to Asda. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months, £115 victim surcharge.

Threatening words/behaviour

Aleksejs Selkovs, 24, of Wyberton Low Road, Boston. At Boston, used towards a PC and others threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them; at Boston, resisted a constable in the execution of his duty. £310 fine, £31 victim surcharge, £85 costs, discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Christopher Kenneth Jow, 33, of Medlock Place, Boston. At Boston, without lawful excuse threatened another that you would cause damage to the windows of that home intending that they would fear the threat would be carried out. Restraining order made, £150 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Vitalijus Podoliaka, 32, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Carlton Road, Boston, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby; at Boston Police Station, without authority, had possession of a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of a noxious liquid, namely CS Spray. £50 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 fine, CS Spray to be forfeited and destroyed.

Failure to comply

Taylor Gregg Hubbard, 20, of Bunting Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court for the offence of assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty by failing to attend an office visit. Original order revoked and new one put in place to include 120 hours’ unpaid work.

Matthew Reeson, 31, of Frampton Place, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend as instructed planned unpaid work appointments on November 26 and December 10, 2017. Order to continue, varied to include 10 additional hours’ unpaid work (160 total).

Aaron Jobson, 21, of no fixed abode. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to attend a planned appointment; at Lloyds Pharmacy, at Boston West Business Centre, Sleaford Road, stole two packets of razor blades to the value of £21.98; at Boston Shopping Park, Horncastle Road, stole meat to the value of £20 belonging to Iceland. Janusz Krakowiak, 44, of King Street, Boston. At Haven Village Boston, without reasonable excuse, attended an address and contacted another which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order; commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of two years for an offence of assault by beating. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £100 fine.

Stolen goods

Cheyenne Kohut, 32, of Clifton Road, Boston. At Clifton Road, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely Emporio Armani gift set at £47, two Ralph Lauren Polo Blue gift sets at £51.50 each and an Armani Code gift set at £67 belonging to Oldrids Store, Boston, by or for the benefit of herself or two others, or dishonestly arranged to do so, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods; at Clifton Road, Boston, dishonestly undertook in the retention, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely seven perfume gift sets to a total value of £383.60 belonging to Oldrids Store Boston, or for the benefit of herself or two others, or dishonestly arranged to do so, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods. Community order made to include drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 10 days, £85 victim surcharge.

Sexual offence

Thomas James Sunman, 26, of Kirton Drove, Kirton Fen. At Summerlands Public House, Roman Bank, Infgoldmells, intentionally touched a woman, aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and you did not reasonably believe that she was consenting. Committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for one year, to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £100 compensation, £115 victim surcharge, £320 costs, defendent required to register with police in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act for seven years.

Drunk and disorderly

Ritvars Meiers, 40, of High Street, Boston. At Boston, on Church Street, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Failure to stop

Lee Harris, 30, of County Road, March. Antonia Danielle Hickman, 24, of Caleb Hill Road, Old Leake. At Caleb Hill Road, Old Leake, without lawful excuse, damaged a Vauxhall Astra to an unknown value belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; at Caleb Hill Road, Old Leake, without lawful excuse, damaged a Nissan Micra to a value unknown belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for the offences of criminal damage and assault by beating. Scott Benjamin Robinson, 34, of West End Road, Wyberton. Baiba Jirgensone, 34, of Thomas Middlecot Drive, Kirton. Appeared before the court in order to make a statutory declaration following conviction for an offence of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver/rider of a vehicle. Benas Klimasauskas, 27, of Carver Road, Boston.
