Lauris Barons, 33, of Wyberton West Road, Boston. At Nettleham, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Lincolnshire, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Jill Hardy, 70, Tattershall Road, Boston. Speeding at Bunkers Hill, Lincoln. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Robert Edward Queen, 55, of Church Road, Old Leake. Speeding on Alford Road, Bilsby. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three points.

James Oliver Turrell, 23, of Curtis Drive, Coningsby. At Dogdyke, drove without insurance. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.


Peter John Warren, 32, Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Boston, had possession of 0.67g of cocaine. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed.

Jason James Whiley, 41, of South End, Boston. Had posession of 0.56g of diamorphine, posession of cocaine. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £130, destruction and forfeiture of drugs.

Daniel Leslie Newark, 34, of Church Road, Boston. At Kitwood Road, had possession of 2g of diamorphine, at Church Road, had posession of 2.5g of cannabis, commission of a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge for 18 months for offence of posession of a small quantity of diamorphine, possession of a small quantity of crack cocaine and possession of a small quantity of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Charles Bruce Goldenberry, 43, of Kitwood Road, Boston. At Kitwood Road, was concerned in the production of a quantity of cannabis. 180 hours unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, plants and equipment to be forfeited and destroyed.


Paulo Miguel Correia Reis, 37, of Carlton Road, Boston. At TK Maxx with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening , abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £50 costs.


Josephine Anne Lister, 49, of St Margarets, Quadring. Three charges of assault by beating at Kirton. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £200 costs, £80 fine, £80 fine.

Adam Karl Chrich, 25, of Main Road, Leverton. At Bridge Street, Boston committed assault by beating. £265 fine, £350 compensation, £26 victime surcharge, £85 costs.

Failure to notify

Pamela Brown, 56, Golden Palm Resort, Chapel St Leonards. At Boston, failed to promptly notify a local authority, namely Secretary of State for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances which would affect entitlement to Carers Allowance, namely that you were working. £135 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £100 costs.


John Hunter, 26, Broadfield Lane, Boston. Attempted to steal three Xbox games to the value of £50 belonging to Asda. 12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £35 costs.

Ben Anthony Creek, 26, of Ward Crescent, Fishtoft. At Red Lion Street, Boston, stole a case of Fizz cider to the value of £31.02 belonging to European Food Store, at Esso Service Station, John Adams Way, stole a bottle of Blossom Hill to the value of £7.39. £240 fine, £10 compensation, £24 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £7.39 compensation.


Konrad Razewski, 36, of no fixed abode. At Boston, committed fraud by using a bank card belonging to someone else intending to make a gain of £580. 150 hours’ unpaid work, £320.21 compensation, £270 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Tomas Spundzevicius, 30, of Bowling Street, Mansfield. At Boston, committed fraud by dishonestly making a fals representation - namely cash a false cheque with a Lloyds TSB bank intending to make £1910, failed to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates Court. £150 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £150 costs.
