Here’s a rundown of the latest batch of results from the courts in Boston...

Theft

Tammy Lesley Newark, 48, of Joy Paine Close, Boston. At Asda, on Lister Way, stole various items to the value of £14.12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge.

Breach

Brannon Claxton, 19, of Chapel Street, Boston. Failed to comply with a suspended sentence order in relation to original offences of theft of a mobile phone and bag containing £35 cash, a house key and assorted cards and theft of a bag of a value unknown. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of 60 days suspended for 12 months imposed.

Mark Joseph Ayton, 29, of no fixed abode. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order. Order to continue: to participate in compliance activity for five days, to participate in a building better relationships programme for 27 days and to attend appointments with a responsible officer for 24 months.

Motor offences

Aleksejs Andrejetvs, age unstated, of Tunnard Street, Boston. On Tunnard Street, Boston, being the registered keeper of a mechanically propelled vehicle namely large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle. £200 fine, £90 costs.

Sonia Joanne Ballam, age unstated, of Broadgate, Wrangle. At Wrangle paid for a vehicle licence with cheque which was later dishonoured, failed to deliver up the licence when required to do so. £200 fine, £36.67 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs.

Sophie Chapman, 22, of King Street, Kirton. At Kirton, being the registered keeper of a mechanically propelled vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State, that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Anna Dopieralo, 35, of Langrick Road, Boston. At Boston, being the registered keeper of a mechanically propelled vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State, that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Robert Andrew Gardiner,59, of Willoughby Road, Boston. At St Leonards Close, Boston, drove an unlicenced vehicle. £200 fine, £35.84 excise back duty, £90 costs.

Adam James Gostelow, 33, of Castle Street, Boston. At Kings Crescent, Swineshead, drove an unlicenced vehicle. £400 fine, £83.34 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs.

Craig Arthur Jackson, age unstated, of Orchard Way, Coningsby. At Coningsby, being the registered keeper of a mechanically propelled vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State, that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Aleksejs Jeroferejevs, age unstated, of London Road, Boston. Kept on a public road a mechanically propelled vehicle which was unlicensed. £135 fine, £20.84 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs.
