Here’s the latest set of results from cases before the courts:

Motor Offences

Emillia Whelbourn, 23, of Sinclair Close, Boston. Drove on Spalding Road with 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. £110 fine and £20 surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Jurijs Bisna, 30, of Rose Place, Boston. Drove on Rose Place with 106 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. Also, driving without correct insurance. £200 fine, 12-month community order with 80 hours’ unpaid work, £60 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Maureen Rose, 60, of Rimington Road, Fishtoft. Failure to provide a specimen for analysis following an incident in Spalding. £250 fine, £20 surcharge and £80 costs. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Mohammed Ghadire, 27, of Thornton Lodge. Drove on Drury Lane, Bicker, whilst unfit to drive through drugs, drove without correct insurance and drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Also, found in possession of cannabis. Eight-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, and detained in the courthouse until the end of the day. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Owen Roberts, 59, of Moorhouses, New Bolingbroke. Drove without due care and attention at Leagate Road, Coningsby. £170 fine, £20 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with six points. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

Sergej Kucenko, 34, of Fydell Street. Drove on Fydell Street with 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. £240 fine, £24 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Marcin Pietrzykowski, 33, of Charter Close, Boston. Drove on John Adams Way with 103 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. 18-week prison sentence and disqualified from driving for 52 months.

Keiron Major, 23, of Main Street, Kirkby on Bain. Drove on Wharfe Lane, Coningsby, with 75 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. £290 fine and £20 surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 19 months.

Peter Goodwin, 29, of Edward Crescent, Skegness. Failed to stop while driving on Wainfleet Road, Boston, and driving without correct insurance. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

Zbigniew Slaczalek, 32, of Glen Drive, Boston. Drove on Welland Road with 78 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. £230 fine, £23 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Joseph Tuplin, 18, of Abbey Road, Swineshead. In charge of a car in the West End Cinema car park, Boston whilst unfit to drive through drink. £125 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

Pavels Gavrilciks, 22, of Ravensgate, Holbeach. Drove on Alford Terrace, Haven Village with 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. £260 fine, £26 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Renaldas Ivanauskas, 27, of Alcorn Green, Boston. Drove on the A17 at Fosdyke Bridge with 87 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. £250 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 38 months.

Theft

Dale Thomas, 19, of Park Avenue, Sutterton. Taking a car without the owner’s consent, drivig otherwise than in acordance with a licence and driving without correct insurance in Holbeach. £100 fine and £20 surcharge.

Miscellaneous

Artur Kasteckij, 29, of Pomona Way, Peterborough. Used threatening or abusive language towards another person. Two-month prison sentence. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

Terry Addison, 25, of Friar Way, Boston. Possessing criminal property in the form of a Nintendo 3DS. 12-month conditional discharge, £90 costs and £15 surcharge.

Tomasz Karbowski, 35, of Trafalgar Place, Boston. Drunk and disorderly in Trafalgar Place, Boston. £130 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs.

Adam Clifton, 25, of Main Ridge East, Boston. Assault and criminal damage in Boston. 12-month community order with mental health treatment and £60 surcharge.

Lewis Parnham, 20, of Long Leys Lane, Lincoln. Assault and criminal damage at Pilgrim Hospital. Also breached a community order. £70 fine, £50 compensation and £20 surcharge.

Ken Walpole, 50, of Pilleys Lane, Boston. Assault in Boston. 24-month conditional discharge and £15 victim surcharge. Restraining order imposed.

Paul Ainsworth, 39, of Poplar Court, Old Leake. Assault in Skegness. Also, driving without correct insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence on Roman Bank, Skegness. 12-month community order with 180 hours’ unpaid work, £260 compensation, £240 fine, £15 surcharge and £15 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.
