Leasingham teenager on drunk and disorderly charge

A Leasingham teenager appeared in court accused of being drunk and disorderly in a public place.

Ben Martin, 19, of Roxholme Road, Leasingham, made no plea at Grantham Magistrates Court on Monday. He is accused of being drunk and disorderly in Lincoln Road, Sleaford, on March 28.

Prosecutor Daniel Paulson told the magistrates that a caution may be more suitable for Mr Martin and asked them to adjourn the case to see if the police would issue a caution.

Magistrates adjourned the case to Lincoln Magistrates Court on July 20.
