A man accused of murdering a 53-year-old in Boston was today (Monday) remanded in custody when he appeared before Lincoln Crown Court.
Audrius Zauka, 41, of Ingelow Avenue, Boston, is charged with the murder of Sigitas Kirkickas on Friday, October 23.
The charge arises out of the death of Mr Kirkickas following an alleged incident at Zauka’s home address.
Zauka, communicating through a Russian interpreter, spoke only to confirm his identity.
Judge Michael Heath adjourned the hearing until February 5 and remanded Zauka into custody. There was no application for bail.
