A HAUL of 32 catalytic converters, which are believed to have been stolen, were discovered by police in Gosberton Clough.

As part of a force operation the expensive car parts – often the target of thieves – were discovered at Five Acre Park on Thursday night.

A spokesman said: “There has been a fantastic response to recent appeals for the early reporting of suspicious activity around cars, with the number of reports increasing dramatically.

“This makes action like the recovery of this property much more possible and officers are urging continued vigilance.

“Descriptions of offenders, vehicles and registration numbers are particularly useful in terms of tracking down offenders.”

Anyone with information should call Lincolnshire Police on 101.
