A teenager is set to face trial at crown court following a robbery which took place in Boston in the summer.
Alan Ambotas, 18, from Grosvenor Road, Frampton, stood before Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Friday charged with being responsible for a robbery that occurred in the Bartol Crescent area on June 27.
He has also been charged with possession of a weapon, namely CS gas.
Ambotas will next appear before Lincoln Crown Court on Friday, December 12.
He was granted bail by magistrates - on condition that he should not contact the victim of the robbery and that he should sleep at his home in Grosvenor Road every night.
