Drink driver has been banned for 12 months
A Gainsborough man has been banned from driving for one year after he was caught under the influence of alcohol.
John Frame, 43, of Parish Mews, Gainsborough, had 44 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
As well as the disqualification he was also fined £120, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
