A driver who had 48 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath has been banned for three years.

Neil Bosworth, 40, of North Street, Morton, was also driving while disqualified. He was given a community order, a curfew between 9pm and 7am for three months, £120 fine, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
