Haven High Academy Sixth Form leaders have ‘once again performed exceptionally well’ according to school leaders.
Students at the school achieved a 100 per cent pass rate in both academic and vocational qualifications.
Executive head teacher of Boston Witham Academies Federation Adrian Reed reported that 81 per cent of results were at grades A*-C and 45 per cent of results were an impressive A*-B.
He added that almost 20 per cent of candidates achieved at least three A grades or better and 61 per cent of candidates achieved at least one of the top A*-B grades.
Head of 6th Form Carolyn Sumner said: “We are incredibly proud of each and every one of our students many of whom will be going off to universities such as UEA, Lincoln, de Montfort, Sheffield Hallam, Hull, London School of Oriental and African Studies, Nottingham and Huddersfield to study degree courses including Business Management, International Relations and Korean, Law, Media, Music and Sport Development.
“Those not going to university have either found employment in the care sector, local government, education, sport and retail or are going on to further study at Level Four and Level Five.
“This success is due to the dedication of both staff and students and the fantastic support of parents and we feel that all deserve to celebrate what has been achieved.”
