Children at Gosberton Academy primary school donned super hero outfits for a day and made donations to LIVES to support the everyday heroes who give urgent medical care to people in need.
The pupils, pictured with Andrea Brown from Donington and Gosberton LIVES, are expected to raise more than £60 to help the life-savers continue their work.
The event was held as part of the LIVES Every Day Heroes Week, which celebrates the work of its life-saving volunteers.
Andrea said: “It was a brilliant event at the school. The kids were excited about it and pretty much all of them dressed up.
“A couple of the teachers had their capes on, which was nice.”
