Boston High School recently joined in with Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day with events at the school.
Students were joined by a number of special guests, including members of the Boston Old Girls Association and the Chair of Governors.

The service marked the opening of the school’s Memorial Peace Garden and the Boston Old Girls’ Association members led a procession and wreath laying ceremony, followed by the placing of poppies.

A school spokesman said: “Once again, it is important to recognise the hugely significant contributions of our students in the development and build up to this opening ceremony.

“Their vision, drive and determination, through the School Council, Y10 Enterprise and with Mrs Bell’s support (and the wonderful efforts of staff, friends and governors) has meant that we now have a quiet area of reflection in our East Garden Quad.”
